These are some of the plant-based and sustainable products I’ve been loving lately, all tried, tested, and obsessed over. None of these are sponsored, just things I genuinely enjoy and wanted to share.
Deliciously Ella’s Bars
These gluten-free, plant-based, and vegan bars are truly next-level. My favorite flavor is the Peanut Butter as they feel more like a candy bar than a healthy snack, but I recently tried the Lemon & Poppyseed and really enjoyed them. They kind of taste like muffins and I’ve honestly been craving them daily. I’ve loved these bars for years, but my obsession has definitely resurfaced recently. What makes this brand even better is the founder’s story. Her journey of transforming her health through a plant-based diet is so inspiring, and that philosophy carries over to every product. The bars are incredible, but I also love her granola and overnight oats. You can taste the quality and care in everything they make. Available in most Grocery Stores in the UK and for online purchase. You can also find them at Whole Foods in the US.
I’m not exaggerating when I say these are the best overnight oats I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried more than my fair share. They’re plant-based, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and vegan… but you’d never know by the taste. They’re packed with flavor, satisfying, and so convenient for busy mornings, snacks, or even dessert. My personal favorite is the Cinnamon Swirl, but I also highly recommend Chunky Monkey and Salted Date Peanut. You can find them at Planet Organic or order online if you’re in the UK.
ChicP’s Velvet Hummus
This hummus is TO DIE FOR as it is perfectly creamy with just the right amount of tang from tahini, lemon, and horseradish. It hits the spot every time. I love that this woman-owned brand focuses on reducing food waste by using surplus ingredients that would otherwise go to waste, turning them into delicious, sustainable products. It has been my go-to for snacking with crackers and veggies, adding to sandwiches, or topping grain bowls. They even make snack-size pots with breadsticks for when you’re on the go. Available in the UK at stores like Whole Foods, Planet Organic, or directly from ChicP’s website.
Better Nature’s BBQ Tempeh
If you’re looking for a gut-friendly, high-protein meat alternative, this is my current fixation. Better Nature’s BBQ Tempeh is packed with fiber, made from non-GMO soybeans, and has a verified low-carbon footprint. It’s flavorful enough to enjoy on its own, but I love using it as my protein in quick stir-fries for dinner. They have other flavors too, like Original, Smoky, and Mediterranean, but the BBQ version is my top pick right now. You can find them at major UK supermarkets like Tesco, Whole Foods, ASDA, Planet Organic, and more.
Vitalite Dairy Free Spread
This dairy-free spread is a great alternative to butter, is gluten-free, soy-free, top 14 allergen free, and vegan. It is also a good source of omega 3 & 6 and vitamin E. I have been wanting to try different butter alternatives for research purposes, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this brand. So far, I have only had it on toast and used it to help caramelize fruit, but am looking forward to experimenting more with it in my baked goods! They are located in most major grocery stores as well as in the US.
